Kat Spencer

The "go-to-person" for anything you need to know at Dower Realty, Inc. is our own Kat, the Principal Broker. Her knowledge and wisdom, warmth, good humor, and kindness make her the perfect person for the job! She comes by it quite naturally, as she is the granddaughter of the founders of Dower Realty, Inc.

Her professional career started in the Dower office as a young 20-year-old in 2004, as the firm's office manager. In 2013, she earned her Salesperson license and took the leap into property management. Kat became our Broker-in-Charge in 2017, working closely with former Principal Broker and Aunt, Debra Malia (Betty and Frank Dower's daughter), who retired in 2021.

Professionally, Kat is a member of the Honolulu Board of Realtors, the Hawaii Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Residential Property Managers. She is also a member of The Benevolent and Protective Order of the Elks.

Kat is always looking for ways to strike the perfect balance between professionalism and the personal and "ohana" relationship between staff and clients, for which Dower is so well-known, and to carry on the legacy of Dower Realty Inc.

Patricia Morgan-Dupuis

Patricia is a valued member of the Dower Realty ohana, bringing a unique blend of real estate expertise and people-first experience to our property management team. She holds a Real Estate Broker’s License and has completed both the GRI and e-PRO certifications, strengthening her knowledge of today’s real estate and property management best practices.

Before joining Dower Realty Inc, Patricia enjoyed a rewarding career as a Clinical Social Worker, earning her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California in 1982 and spending 25 years supporting individuals and families with care and compassion. She also spent several adventurous years sailing the Eastern, Central, and South Pacific with her husband, Bob, aboard their 40-foot sailboat, Mistress, before returning home to Hawaiʻi—because, as we say, “Hawaiʻi No Ka ʻOi!”

Patricia joined Dower Realty Inc in 2004, first serving as Office Manager, where she became deeply familiar with day-to-day operations, client support, and rental processes. She later transitioned into her role as a Property Manager, where her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for owners and tenants continue to shine.

Mike brings decades of hands-on experience in asset management, property management, project management, and real estate consulting to the Dower Realty, Inc. team. Throughout his career, he has worked with owners of shopping centers, high-rise and low-rise office buildings, condominium developments, hotels, and a wide range of residential properties, providing strategic oversight and practical solutions that protect and grow real estate investments.

With over 40 years in the real estate industry and licensed since 1981, Mike’s knowledge, insight, and steady leadership make him a true asset to our property management team. His broad background allows him to approach each property with a big-picture mindset while still focusing on the day-to-day details that matter most to owners and tenants alike.

Helen L. On brings over 34 years of real estate experience and deep local expertise to every client relationship. Throughout her career, she has successfully guided buyers and sellers through a wide range of transactions, earning a reputation for problem-solving, market insight, and trusted advice. Helen has extensive knowledge of Oahu’s real estate landscape, from Pearl City to East Oahu, with particular expertise in the Kaimuki area. Early in her career, she achieved million-dollar producer status, a testament to her dedication and results-driven approach.
